Analytical Expert Labs has completed the acquisition of AttoSure and AttoLife, together with specified activities and assets of AttoDNA, further strengthening the Group’s scientific and analytical capabilities.
The acquisition brings additional specialist expertise across accredited DNA and toxicology services, workplace and healthcare testing, and advanced genomic analysis. These capabilities are supported by experienced scientific teams, established customer relationships and a longstanding commitment to scientific quality.
The addition of the Atto businesses complements Analytical Expert Labs’ existing expertise across forensic, analytical and bioanalytical science, creating opportunities to broaden the specialist services available to customers and further strengthen scientific and technical capability across the Group.
There is a strong alignment between Atto’s focus on making scientific advancements accessible through innovation and Analytical Expert Labs’ purpose of: Providing clarity through science. Bringing the organisations together will enable greater collaboration and knowledge sharing, while retaining the specialist expertise and experience that underpin the individual businesses.
